  1. LIC Unions deliberatly delay the wgae revision just to levy a handsome amout from its members. The AIIEA itself will receive Crores of Rupee in levy. Isn't it a Gunda Tax. The labour Trade Union has become capitalist.

  4. AIIEA IS THE NO.1 TRADE UNION IN INDIA WHO GETS THE EMPLOYEES OF LIC AND GIC A HANDSOME WAGE REVISION . GIC EMPLOYEES COULD NOT GET THE GOOD WAGE REVISION WITH THE TRADE UNION AIIEA.BECAUSE AIIEA IS HAVING LOT OF MEMBERS IN LIC. BUT THEY HAVE NO CO-OPERATION AMONG THEIR LEADERS IN GIC.MRS UAMAMAHESWARI ACTING AGAINST RAVI. RAVI IS FULLY FOLLOWING COM.J.GURUMURTHY, SECRETARY IS STYLE. COM J.GURMURTHY, KINDLY WATCH THESE TWO GROUPS AND ADVISE THEM TO WORK ALL TOGETHER. BECAUSE OF THIS GROUPISM MADRAS REGIION UNITED INDIA PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING, NO MEMBER IS JOINING IN AIIEA. BUT UIIC EMPLOYEES GET ALL WAGE REVISION NEWS ONLY FROM AIIEA.

  5. Hey, Mr. Anonymous, if you are a member of AIIEA, then first you must resign from the association, or else you should have the honesty to disclose your identity.

Only think of if there is no AIIEA in public sector insurance industry. In that situation you will not be in a position to utter these rogue sentiments.

You must have realized that AIIEA is the formidable workforce in insurance industry and also the troch-bearer of Indian Trade Union activities.

  7. NOT ONLY THE WAGE SETTLEMENT DELAYED WHAT ABOUT THE DELAYED AMOUNTS INTEREST .WILL THEY
SETTLE THE DELAYED AMOUNT WITH INTEREST .
IF GOT IN TIME ,WOULD HAVE SOLVED MANY PROBLEMS . IF INVESTED WOULD HAVE FETCHED GOOD AMOUNT OF INTEREST .HERE THE JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED .

  10. I am sorry Mr Bose do u know how many left the AIIEA, because of the attitude of leaders and joined other unions, what do u know about AIIEA,give a single reference that AIIEA did something hard for the wages, refer a single meeting AIIEA had with LIC management before the notification, what did AIIEA for conditional meal coupons, what for span for pay scale, it is same for last 40 years, employees are on stagnation stage for last 12/14 years, getting increment after 3 years,AND after a year that too will b stopped,do u think about Division to Division transfers are being denied by AIIEA Divisional secretaries, and not by LIC, what for transport allowances,Rs.275/-PM,U know what are the official wages of different states for a mule/donkey per day, it is Rs. 250/- per day,

  17. I am a confirmed employee of LIC, presently in UK with prior permission from P&IR Dept. But as there is no leave at my credit I am on EOL. My permission is upto 1st Dec. Does this prevent me from getting the arrears ? Is there any such rule? Please let me know.

No hike is needed for them?

  19. dear all,

AIIEA HAS ONLY HISTORY TO BE TOLD AND NO FUTURE, BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE OF COLLECTING MONEY FOR EACH AND EVERY THING AND ALSO IT IS IN THE GRIP OF THE CITU/CPM AND NOT IN THE HANDS OF ITS MEMBERS AS IT WOULD BE. EVEN A BRANCH OR DIVISIONAL EC MEMBER HAS TO BE A CPM MEMBER TO CONTINUE IN THE POST. CASTE POLITICS IS ALSO VERY HIGH. LEADERS NEVER LISTEN TO THEIR MEMBERS FORGETTING COMFORTABLY THAT ALL MEMBERS TOGETHER FORM THE AIIEA. MANY PEOPLE ARE FED UP AND THEY WANT A HONEST AND TRANSPARENT UNION IN INSURANCE SECTOR. WHEN AIIEA RECALLED THE STRIKE STATING THAT WAGE REVISION IS ALMOST OVER WHY SHOULD THERE BE LEVY COLLECTION UPTO DATE OF SETTLEMENT WHICH IS DELAYED DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS. THERE HAS TO BE EITHER A CEILING FOR LEVY OR IT HAS TO BE THE FIRST MONTH INCREASE FOR EG IN THIS CASE DIFFERENCE IN 7/07 PAY TO 8/2007 PAY. WILL TOP LEADERS ACCEPT ANY RATIONALE IN THIS.

  20. well said anonymous but utter waste aiiea is no more a logical and transparent union. aiiea survives because other unions in insurance sector is much worse than aiiea.aiiea has to change from the bottom atleast from divisional level or new leaders should come forward or existing leadership should reorganise the set up of aiiea

  21. it's true that AIIEA is not a perfect union. the basic truth is that any organization with has LEFT ideology- simply has no DEMOCRACY within it. all over the world it's the TRUTH. any left organization actually run by very selective people- they are actually a policy makers and all others are simply approvers!
but we have not any other option- because without UNION we are NUTS!

  22. next wage revision due date 1.8.12 is fast approaching. Till date. yet the pending issues were not resolved. Instead of fighting within and amongst the unions for their leadership, fight the the legitimate demands and issues atleast now.

  23. ONLY BECAUSE OF AIIEA WE GOT HANDSOME WAGE REVISION
